435-668-8323 | [email protected]After completing a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Weber State University and getting a “college job” for a year, Joe Langston’s Real Estate career began in January of 2000 where he joined a mentor and friend who “showed him the ropes” of real estate with Re/Max First Realty in St. George. With the help and encouragement of mentors and friends, Joe climbed into the top 3% or realtors in his local board and has not looked back since.
In 2007 after being inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, Joe set out on his own journey and opened as Owner and Principal Broker, ExSell Realty. He and his trusted right arm in the business and mother, Netta Langston had a great ride as an independent brokerage. What they learned is clients were doing business because of who they were, not what was on the sign.
After maintaining top 2% of the board production for four years, Joe was recruited to Keller Williams to become their Sales Manager, or in Keller Williams language the Team Leader in January of 2011. After a difficult year of managing the office, Joe wanted to rejoin the sales force. This happened in March of 2012 and once again, he has regained his position as a top 2% team and/or individual in terms of production.
Joe’s personal goals are focused around his four wonderful children and beautiful wife Kerry having every opportunity to become educated to the highest extent possible and to live good, honest Christian lives of service.
Joe’s business goals are all about being honest and truthful to his clients and doing his utmost to make sure they get what they are promised, and when he makes a mistake to own up to it and fix it. Because of this, Joe enjoys a very strong repeat and referral business of which he is very grateful.

Nate started in real estate while in college, in 2004 he joined ERA Brokers in St. George and quickly became one of the top agents for that company specializing in residential transactions. In just over 6 years he became one of the top agents in his office of over 100 agents. He brings a wealth of experience in the residential real estate industry to all he serves.
Nate is a dedicated individual who always puts his clients' needs and desires first. He is an excellent communicator who listens to his clients, understands their objectives, and then puts in the time and effort to assure these objectives are being accomplished.
Although Nate specializes in the residential real estate industry, he has excellent knowledge and experience in all segments. I have been married to my wonderful husband Lynn for 44 years. We are blessed to have 4 awesome children with great spouses, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 2 greats on the way.
We have lived in St. George since 1985 and love it here. The surrounding area offers everything our family enjoys doing. Camping, boating, 4 wheeling and spectacular country just to view and take pictures of.
I have been a Real Estate agent since 2005 and have worked with my son, Joe since starting my career in the industry.
I love people and thoroughly enjoy working with buyers to make new friends and find their perfect home.
I am also very active in my church and community and never miss an opportunity to show off St. George and all it has to offer.
Ever since I was young I have been fascinated with houses. I would study blueprints for hours or dream of which style of home decor I would have one day. This fascination only grew as I attended Real Estate Investment classes in college. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance at Brigham Young University and then worked for a bank for a few years but the Real Estate world kept calling me. After I had my first child I found a job opening online as an Administrative Assistant for a local Realtor. The schedule fit well with what I was trying to accomplish as a wife and new mother so I applied. I ended up working with the most honest and hardworking Real Estate Agents around, Nate and Joe! For the next year I worked to help build their business as their assistant, marketer, and transaction coordinator. When the job got too big for just one person they hired a full-time assistant. I acquired my Real Estate License and now work as their Buyer’s Specialist.
I love working with Buyers. I thoroughly enjoy taking them to see the houses! I get excited to help them in their home search and always give them the attention that they deserve.
I have worked as the Full-Time Administrativ Assistant for the Nate and Joe Show since April of 2013. I have plenty of experience in relation to the real estate world. I have managed apartments and mediated between tenants and owner. I have also lived in many rentals and owned three homes in the last three decades. So I am fully aware of the stress and anxiety that comes with any move. I know first-hand what it is like to try to work and live at home when it is up for sale, and yet keep it clean for showings to potential buyers. I know the stress of finding a new place to live and the grief of leaving a place I love. I know what it is like to move across town or the adventure of renting a moving truck and hauling all my possessions to a new, far away place. I know the expectation of getting back the full deposit when you leave a rental, or the feeling of devastation when a promising sale falls through on a home. I also know first-hand the joy of finding the right house in the right neighborhood at the right price and obtaining those keys to that perfect place I can now call "home!"
As an assistant, I work for the agents but I also work for our clients. I feel immediately connected to our clients because I have been through similar circumstances and want to help make what is often a stressful transition into a pleasant one.
I am cheerful, honest and I respect all parties involved. I want to help our clients move forward in their desired direction and I will do all I can to help move the paperwork and process along. It is my pleasure to get to know our clients through conversations we have or via reports I send through emails. It is even more rewarding because the agents I work for have incredible integrity and befriend our clients as well. And they believe the same as I do--that the real estate business isn't as much about property as is about people.
